Dear Community Member:
Over the last few years, my administration has been reviewing how the City interacts with residents, businesses, institutions and community groups throughout Salt Lake City. The review has included assessing how the City gives information and how the City receives feedback. The goal is for the City to develop a process that engages the public in City decision making – helping to ensure the City makes reasoned, fully-informed decisions.
As part of our efforts to better communicate with groups throughout the City, I invite you to a continental breakfast meeting on Thursday, January 3, 2013, at 7:30 a.m. in the Cannon Room (Room 335) in the Salt Lake City & County Building, 451 South State Street. I have invited other women from the business community to join us in a discussion regarding open communication and dialogue between the City and its women business leaders.
Please contact Poonam Kumar at email@example.com or call (801) 535-7928 to reserve a spot. If you know of other women business leaders in Salt Lake City who would like to attend our meeting, please forward this invitation.
I hope to see you on January 3, 2013.
